M	Martin Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednání a dodání v pohodě, ale když jsem pneu vracel byla vrácená částka o 200 KČ nižší = vracejí jen část dopravy. Takže souhrn: Vracíte pneu na vlastní náklady = 600 Kč dopravci + 200 Kč vám nevrátí eshop tak jste 800 Kč v mínusu. Jen na to upozorňuji. Ordering and delivery are fine, but when I returned the tire, the amount returned was 200 CZK lower = they only return part of the transport. So a summary: You return the tires at your own expense = CZK 600 to the carrier + CZK 200 will not return the eshop to you, so you are CZK 800 in the red. I'm just pointing this out.

Negativa-Objednal jsem explicitně pneumatiky, kde byl garantován DOT 3420 (týden se může lišit). Realita: přišly 2x 4019, 1x 3919 a 1x 4119. Komunikace s obchodem po tomto zjištění proběhla v pořádku, ale bez výsledku-chybu uznali, ale odmítli na své náklady pneumatiky vrátit. Píši to proto, že jsem objednával jen kvůli garanci DOT, i kdyžž z jiných eshopů by bylo pneu levnější. Positive-tires were sent on the day of ordering, that DPD failed to deliver even in 3 days is the fault of the carrier, which I would recommend to change. Negative-I explicitly ordered tires where DOT 3420 was guaranteed (week may vary). Reality: 2x 4019, 1x 3919 and 1x 4119 came. Communication with the shop after this finding went well, but without a result - they acknowledged the mistake, but refused to return the tires at their own expense. I write this because I ordered only because of the DOT guarantee, although tires would be cheaper from other e-shops.
K	Karel Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NAPROSTO NEFÉROVÉ JEDNÁNÍ!!! Od této firmy si nikdy již nic neobjednám. Poslali mi zimní pneumatiky a každá měla jinou šarži. Dvě byly dokonce rok a půl staré. Je patrné, že se zbavují starých zásob. ABSOLUTELY FAIR ACTION !!! I will never order anything from this company again. They sent me winter tires and each had a different batch. Two were even a year and a half old. It is obvious that they are getting rid of old stocks.
R	Rekonstrukce Labuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslel jsem si, že objednávám s předstihem.... 15.10.2021 vytvořena objednávka a ještě ji nemám doma. Na DPD stránkách se píše, že objednávka není kompletní. I thought I was ordering in advance .... 10/15/2021 created an order and I don't have it at home yet. The DPD website says that the order is not complete.
