★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji firmu jako takovou. Personál je v Rosicích sice velmi ochotný, ale dojde-li k reklamaci, nemáte šanci, pokud nenecháte vypracovat posudek znalcem! Nosíme brýle celá rodina, nikdy jsme doposud neměli reklamaci. Výjimečně jsme vyzkoušeli novou optiku a jsme nepříjemně překvapeni. Brýle jsme za 5 měsíců reklamovali z důvodu upadení stranice. To se opakovalo ještě třikrát! Řešili jsme tuto záležitost minimálně 6 měsíců a z posudků a reklamací mám hotový šanon.
I do not recommend the company as such. The staff in Rosice is very helpful, but if there is a complaint, you have no chance if you do not have an expert report! We wear glasses the whole family, we have never had a complaint before. We tried the new optics exceptionally and we are unpleasantly surprised. We complained about the glasses in 5 months due to the fall of the party. This was repeated three more times! We have been resolving this matter for at least 6 months and I have a file ready for reviews and complaints.
