Their online presence was very a big factor in my case. This establishment really focuses on the most important priority, the care for the dog. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Amazing!!! The staff is wonderful, extremely kind and professional!! They took very good care of my dog and she was so excited and fresh after her bath!! They did an amazing job with the grooming as well, trimming her hair very nicely and neatly, and my dog was comfortable with it which is great!
All the staff speak perfect English and their prices are very good!! The location is very accessible as well, I took the tram to Letenské Náměstí and its right across the street. They also have a shop full of so many pet items (even treats and goodies) that I will definitely be checking out!
Loved this whole experience, 100 stars, I definitely recommend and this will be my go-to spot for dog grooming!
