★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel naprosté zklamání. Po strojním úklidu chodby po malování vypadá podlaha naprosto stejně jako předtím + jsou od špíny zacákané stěny a podhledy. Pan majitel "po úklidu" prošel s tím, že zakázku špatně nacenil a pakliže nezvedneme rozpočet, tak budou muset odjet a nechají to špinavé. Podotýkám, že vše si dopředu prohlédl, ikdyž původně odmítal i prohlídku na místě s tím že za 18 let v oboru již vše znají a noc je nemůže překvapit.
Snad jediné pozitivum bylo, že se ani nepokoušel "provedené služby" fakturovat.
Rozhodně tedy nemohu doporučit.

The owner "after cleaning" went through the fact that he mispriced the contract and if we do not raise the budget, they will have to leave and leave it dirty. I note that he inspected everything in advance, although he originally refused an on-site inspection, saying that in 18 years they already know everything in the field and the night cannot surprise them.
Perhaps the only positive was that he did not even try to invoice the "services performed".
So I definitely can't recommend.
