The info brochure given at the airport did not contain accurate information. It gave an idea the damaged piece of luggage would be picked up, fixed, and returned in 24hrs. In reality it takes one working day to schedule a courier pick up. Luckily I was not in a rush and did get a similar (brand, model and size) replacement piece within 5 working days. OK service, but the info brochure is a bit misleading.

The replacement for my damaged suitcase was quick, but the send me much maller suitcase without any communication and information. I wrote them I don´t accept smaller suitcase but their answr was only "we forwarded your email to our boss, wait for reply" This was in April, till now nothing came back noone contacted me. They don´t care about customer (they send what is cheaper for them and that is it!!!)

Prepare for a very rudé service to get your luggage. They do everything possible to make it difficult to receive new baggage.

This is far from being a "service" company, very unprofessional, keeps the customer busy with requests but does not solve the problem, unacceptable service. My case is still open so do not know the outcome yet but so far I am very upset with their "service"

They also trade under the name Milujemekufry.com (this side of the company has a facebook page and you might even get a response from them!) My suitcase was damaged beyond repair by the airline in Prague and I was given a reference number and web address to get a new case sent to me via Dolfi1920. I picked a case from their site but unfortunately they sent a completely different case to the one I picked. I ended up with some cheap rubbish, that the zip doesn't even work properly on with threads hanging out. Based on the zip I would say its more than likely a factory second, no clue why they though it would be ok to replace my case with it! Due to the length of time they took to respond to me I ended up having to travel back home using this case, even though I had a week where this could have been resolved locally. The only option they were willing to give me was charge me to change to another case plus loads of shipping fees to send a replacement case and for sending the case I got from them back. According to them it was my fault that I picked the case on the photo (I didn't pick it) and was my fault that the matter wasn't resolved earlier (I contacted them within minutes of the replacement case arriving to express that it wasn't fit for purpose and I didn't want it.) While things have now hopefully been resolved successfully after the German branch of Dolfi1920 stepped in, without them I would be still be out of pocket with a headache. The person I spoke to finally was reasonable that's about the only good thing I can say about them!

Absolute nightmare. Multiple confusing automated emails, customer service impossible to reach over the phone, rude and arogant staff. They do not want to help, cuz they know you did not choose them, but they were chosen for you. I cant believe majors like Lufthansa or British Airways retained these clowns . Actually, i can. The bar is so low in the airline industry that this is hardly a surprise.

Update: It’s been 1 month now since I paid for a suitcase, I have called several times, sent several emails and have not received any response. I contacted the bank and as the only payment option was a bank transfer, I was not able to get my money refunded through the bank. I will now have to contact the police to at least get my money back. This page is a scam and I can only advise everyone to keep their hands off of it. My luggage got damaged during a flight on the 19.2 At the airport in Prague the people were really helpful. The website of Dolfi to make the claim was very easy to use also. I received a 60€ VOUCHER to buy a suitcase from their shop. In order to order a luggage you need to activate your account and log in. I reach out to their service several times that I never got an email to activate my account. I only ever received one unhelpful response. My request to get 60€ paid out instead was ignored. I eventually managed to get access, and chose a luggage to order. The prices are the recommended retail prizes and the selection is very small. I ordered the suitcase on the 4.3 and had to pay via bank transfer as their PayPal wasn’t working… I’ve been informed that the delivery would take 10 days which is already longer than any normal delivery time. It’s now been 14 days and I have only received a message on the 14.3 claiming the delay is due to Covid. There is no way of contacting their support. Overall I’m extremely disappointed. I have to travel a lot for work and I am now urged to buy another suitcase from somewhere else. If I had another issue with my suitcase again I would avoid Dolfi at all costs
