Sice jsme kupovali byt v novostavbě, kde by neměl být žádný problém, nicméně byt velmi pečlivě zkontroloval, všechny vady vyfotil a zapsal do protokolu, developerem se nenechal odbýt. Při následném převzetí bytu všechny vady znovu prošel a sdělil nám svůj názor k těm, co nebyly 100% opraveny. Kdybychom někdy něco pořizovali, znovu se na něj určitě obrátíme a budeme ho doporučovat všem v okolí! We were very satisfied with Mr. Rychnovský. Tohle by měla být opravdu nutnost pro každého. Velmi profesionální přístup, lidský a navíc extrémně fundovaný člověk, který se v oboru neskutečně vyzná. Za půl hodiny našel vady na jednu A4 a vše zdokumentovat a vysvětlil. Kdybych mohl dát 6, udělal bych to. Ano, je pravda že to něco stojí, ale v poměru toho co stojí nemovitost jsou to naprosto zanedbatelné náklady. Moc děkuji za Vaše služby a kontakt zcela jistě a rád posílám dále. V	Výbor Panorama I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S panem Rychnovským jsme si prošli celý bytový dům (3 vchody, 33 jednotek) 8 měsíců před ukončením záruky. Jeho podrobná a názorná zpráva i osobní účast nám velmi pomohla při jednání s dodavatelem a řešení reklamací. Byli jsme s ním velmi spokojeni co se týče obsahu (odborné znalosti, zkušenosti z mnoha jiných staveb, poradenství) i formy (způsob jednání s námi i dodavateli, kvalita zprávy, dodržování všech dohod, dostatek času na prohlídku) a můžeme jej tedy vřele doporučit. Přestože k nám do Brna přijel 2x až z Prahy, byla cena velmi rozumná v porovnání s ostatními (i lokálními) firmami a pan Rychnovský tak udržuje vynikající poměr mezi cenou a výkonem. Pokud bude možnost opět spolupracovat (na tomto či jiném domě), určitě ji využijeme. DĚKUJEME.
