★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma domestica u mne uklizela pred nekolika lety. Zastupovala ji jakasi p. Kopecna. Nejdrive nam poslali " certifikovanou hospodyni" ktera kradla detem sladkosti ( osobne jsem ji prichytila) a posléze jsme zjistili, ze i obleceni ( jednak chybelo, jednak jsem ji potkala v supermarketu v mem tricku), pak poslali " certifikovanou hospodyni", ktera pulku nabytku opakovane neuklizela ( nevytirala pod stolem, nemyla linku atd). Pani kopecna se k mym tvrzenim postavila tak, ze o mych slovech pochybuje ( a to i presto, ze samotna pani na uklid to priznala a omlouvala se) a pro jistotu mi poslala nakonec fakturu na vic hodin, nez pani vubec odpracovala. Tuto firmu nikdy vice!
Domestica had cleaned me a few years ago. She was represented by some kind of Mr. Kopecna. First, they sent us a "certified housekeeper" who stole sweets from a child (I personally caught her) and then we found out that the clothes (both missing and met in a supermarket in the trick), then sent a "certified housekeeper", which was a lot repeatedly did not clear (not wiped under the table, did not wash the line, etc.). Mrs. kopecna stood up to my claims that she doubts about my words (even though the lady herself admitted it and apologized for it) and sent me an invoice for more hours in the end, before she worked. Never again!
