★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wysyłałam prośbę o wycenę kilku par drzwi, odpowiedź od Właściciela dostałam w niesamowicie krótkim czasie. Cena była najbardziej konkurencyjna, do tego mierzenie otworów drzwiowych i ustalenie wszystkich szczegółów przebiegło bezproblemowo. Kontakt z Właścicielem był w porządku. Byłam bardzo zadowolona.
I was sending a request for a quote for several pairs of doors, and I got the answer from the owner in an incredibly short time. The price was the most competitive, in addition, measuring the door openings and determining all the details went smoothly. Contact with the Owner was fine. I was very glad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dramat. Żądają pieniędzy za nieistniejące rzeczy. Drzwi, które zamontowali od samego początku były uszkodzone (elektrozaczep) czego nie sprawdzili. Reklamacja trwała 3 miesiące bo nie chciało im się przyjechać wymienić części - przecież to już zapłacone było to po co się spieszyć... Jak już łaskawie pojawili się z częścią to brakowało śrub. Nie powiem nawet ile czasu potem zajęło "sprowadzenie" nowych. Radzę omijać bo szkoda nerwów - konkurencja działa o niebo lepiej.
Drama. They demand money for things that do not exist. The door they installed from the very beginning was damaged (electric strike), which they did not check. The complaint lasted for 3 months because they did not want to come to replace the parts - after all, it was already paid, so why hurry ... When they graciously showed up with some, the screws were missing. I will not even say how much time it took to "bring" the new ones. I advise you to avoid it because it's a waste of nerves - the competition works much better.
