★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite bad experience. I had to repeat my order like 3 times, staff and atmosphere not very friendly in my opinion. There were like 5 customers, less than staff but tables were dirty as hell. Prices are quite high for this region but it is like it is. Pizza was good tho. See you in like year, when it gets better here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, as a big fan of the Domino's in London UK, I was left baffled by how different is the branch here in Brno.
First of all, it has a different menu selection, some things are the same but some are criminally omitted like the Farmhouse.
Secondly, no STUFFED CRUST option, which was basically my must have for every pizza back in UK, for example cheese, hot dog in mustard, hot dog in BBQ etc. The sides options are lacking in offerings too.
Thirdly, just TWO base options, so no Double Decadence base here either. And also surprisingly the signature Domino's Garlic&Herb dip is not included for free with pizza nor available to purchase. I mean, what?
Lastly the taste just wasn't the same, it was okay but do not expect this to be the same as Domino's in the UK. It's serviceable, but bland. At least the amount of main toppings was great and they didn't cheap out on us. There are definitely better pizzas for your money and indulgence in Brno. At the end, given that this is a newly opened branch, I am willing to come back if they fix some of the things I have mentioned.
P.S. :And don't even get me started on the fact that Two for Tuesday (2 pizzas for price of 1) doesn't exist in this Domino's Brno nor any other pizzeria in Brno. For cryin out loud why they keep diss.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your delivery estimates are disappointing, third time ordering from you and we’ve either had to cancel or fight through the hunger and wait for our cold pizza because of the delay. In all instances you never bothered to contact us to inform of the delay until we called you. Your lil system checker indicates the pizza is prepared and done within 10mins of ordering but it will take 50years for Honza to check the quality and another 60years for Petr to deliver it . Seriously

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why people are hating on Domino's... Yes, it's not a Neapolitan type of pizza, but it doesn't even claim to be one. I like it. It's fluffy, it's crispy and tasty. I'll give 4* only for the terrible website, very small delivery area and somewhat still confused and slow staff. I'll revise my review later and update it accordingly.
