Ve zkratce: dvě ženy (samy seniorky, moje matka a teta až z Mariánských lázní) přijely navštívit mou babičku, mají to daleko a v internetu zběhlé nejsou. Ano, mohly si samozřejmě zjistit že návštěvní doba je od 14:00, příjezd ve 13:30, poslány čekat půl hodiny, dovnitř nesmí, návštěvy venku, protože jsou dvě. To by ovšem bylo OK. Za 15 minut ale (13:45) prý nějaká pracovnice vyhodila babičku na vozíčku na zahradu (v zimě, údajně oblečenou, ale s holými kotníky) a tam ji nechala samotnou, aby až ve 14:00 pustila návštěvu za ní. To svět neviděl, za ty roky co ji u Vás máme byla zatím spokojenost. Sama pracuji ve zdravotnictví a toto bych si v životě nedovolila. Proč má senior v chladu čekat takovou dobu sám na volném prostranství až otevřete branku jeho návštěvě? Today, the branch in the center (Bezručova) catastrophic behavior on the part of staff.
