M	Michaela R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto zařízení máme babičku už zhruba rok. Zamezují nám v osobním kontaktu s ní. Domov byl ku příkladu dva měsíce totálně uzavřený pro návštěvy, údajně kvůli probíhajícímu očkování proti koronaviru. Ani jsme neviděli její pokoj, kde bydlí, nedovolí to. Nevíme proto ani, jak babička žije. Babičce bylo ze strany personálu znemožněno ošetření u zubního lékaře, které měla dopředu objednané, personál jí návštěvu lékaře nedovolil a ošetření muselo být odloženo. Babička už i zažila šikanu ze strany pečovatelek, slovní i fyzickou. Domov nepodporuje socializaci ani tím, že klienty při obědech a večeřích pokaždé posadí jinak, aby mezi nimi nevznikly sociální vazby a nepostěžovali si mezi sebou. Při bližším zjišťování jsme přišli i na to, že majitel zařizení byl pravomocně odsouzen za machinace s dotacemi. Dle dohledatelných článků v médiích kvůli jeho aktivitám v minulosti seniorům hrozilo i vystěhování. Kdybychom měli možnost a byla shoda v rodině, babičku bychom z tohoto zařízení už dávno odvezli. We have had a grandmother in this facility for about a year. They prevent us from personal contact with her. For example, the home was completely closed for visits for two months, allegedly due to ongoing coronavirus vaccination. We haven't even seen her room where she lives, she won't let it. That's why we don't even know how grandma lives. The grandmother was prevented from the treatment by the staff at the dentist, which she had booked in advance, the staff did not allow her to visit the doctor and the treatment had to be postponed. Grandmother has already experienced bullying by caregivers, both verbally and physically. The home does not support socialization either by the fact that clients always sit differently at lunch and dinner, so that there are no social ties between them and they do not complain to each other. Upon closer inspection, we also found out that the owner of the facility was convicted of machinations with subsidies. According to searchable articles in the media, seniors were also threatened with eviction due to his activities in the past. If we had the opportunity and there was a consensus in the family, we would take Grandma out of this facility a long time ago.

S péčí o babičku jsme spokojeni. Jsme s ní v pravidelném kontaktu a vzniklé problémy či nedorozumění se zatím řeší konstruktivně. Ze strany administrativního i zdravotnického personálu se setkáváme se vstřícností. Covidová realita současnosti bohužel některé, dříve samozřejmé, standardy okleštila. Jistá omezení komfortu klientů, rodinných příslušníků, ale i personálu se nutně musela dostavit. Soudný člověk chápe, že to bylo a je především ve prospěch zdraví klientů. Babičku jsme před cca rokem umístili do zařízení, které si v minulosti sama vybrala a přála, tedy tohoto. Před nedávnem jsme nicméně prověřili možnosti a podmínky přestěhování do zařízení, které nově preferuje Michaela s otcem, přičemž jediným a rozhodujícím kritériem pro nás byl babiččin názor a její a preference. Dlužno podotknout, že babička je v obdivuhodné, plné duševní kondinci a projevila jednoznačné přání zůstat v tomto, stávajícím zařízení. Řekl bych, že tato skutečnost hovoří za vše. Jiří R. Unfortunately, the Covid reality of the present has truncated some, previously self-evident, standards. Certain restrictions on the comfort of clients, family members, but also staff necessarily had to appear. The judge understands that this was and is primarily in favor of the health of clients. About a year ago, we placed our grandmother in a facility that she had chosen and wished for herself in the past, ie this one. Recently, however, we examined the possibilities and conditions of moving to a facility that Michael and his father prefer a new one, with the only and decisive criterion for us being our grandmother's opinion and her preferences. It should be noted that the grandmother is in an admirable, full mental condition and has shown a clear desire to stay in this existing facility. I would say that this fact speaks for itself. Jiří R.
