F	Filip Vostrý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel s firmou DOPOS velká nespokojenost. Po zaměření nejdřív dorazily žaluzie s krátkými šňůrami, takže chlapi akorát přidělali držáky a jeli domů. Podruhé (po 3 týdnech a spousta e-mailech a telefonátech a doprošování) chlapi dorazili se správnými žaluziemi, ale pro změnu jim chyběly šroubky, díry byly na špatných místech a dokonce si i museli dělat nový závity. Sami dost nadavali. Díky tomu jim práce trvala další dva dny, celkem tedy tři... namisto avizovaného jednoho. A výsledek? Dodneška (a to už je to přes půl roku) pokaždé nedávám když musím žaluzie otáčet nebo shrnovat. Některé jdou v pohodě, ale některé strašně drhnou, u jiných pak musím dokonce ručně pootáčet jednotlivé žaluzie, protože se jinak neotočí. Prej je to prostě špatným zaměřením. A třešnička... jedna žaluzie je i mírně poškozená, ale zdá se, že opravy už se asi nedočkáme =/ Jak jsou venkovní žaluzie super věc obecně, tak této firmě doporučuji se vyhnout. Nebo alespoň panu Vejsadovi. Ale třeba budete mít víc štěstí... Unfortunately, great dissatisfaction with DOPOS. For the second time (after 3 weeks and a lot of emails and phone calls and begging), the men arrived with the right blinds, but for a change they lacked screws, holes were in the wrong places and even had to make new threads. They cursed themselves a lot. Thanks to that, their work lasted another two days, a total of three ... one announced instead. And the result? To this day (and it's been over half a year) I don't always give up when I have to turn or fold the blinds. Some go well, but some scrub terribly, for others I even have to turn the individual blinds by hand, because otherwise they do not turn. Prej is just the wrong focus. And the cherry ... one blind is also slightly damaged, but it seems that we probably won't see any repairs = / As outdoor blinds are a great thing in general, I recommend avoiding this company. Or at least Mr. Vejsad. But maybe you will have more luck ...
