Had a very bad experience with this company. One employee treated a friend and me very horribly. I have never been treated this unfriendly in my life. I contacted this company to complain about this employee but they ignore me, they just don't care. I'm ztaumatized by this experience and never coming to Prague again, and if I should, then I will not use public transportation.
