★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo tří totožných sítí, které jsem si objednala, mi dorazily tři sítě s úplně odlišnými a různými rozměry oka než ty, které jsem objednávala a ještě jsem na jejich expedici čekala 14 dní, přestože na stránkách bylo uvedeno, že zboží je skladem.
Paní na telefonu sice odpověděla na vše, na co měla, ale odpovídala s tak velkou nechutí, že nechápu jak takového člověka může firma zaměstnat zrovna na pozici, kde se komunikuje se zákazníkem.
Produkty jsou sice kvalitní, ale velmi to drhne při jejich expedici z e-shopu.
Kdybych zboží tak urgentně nepotřebovala, vrátila bych ho a určitě nakoupila jinde.

The lady on the phone answered everything she had, but she answered with such great reluctance that I do not understand how such a person can be employed by the company in a position where it communicates with the customer.
The products are high quality, but it rubs a lot when they are dispatched from the e-shop.
If I didn't need the goods so urgently, I would return it and definitely buy it elsewhere.
