Platíte vždy včas, ale když vypovite smlouvu e-mailem, protože už vám jednoho dne dojde trpělivost s amaterskou službou, neakceptují to. Jedině poštou. Pak vám volají na dovolenou, že dluzite, ačkoliv ten jejich věčně nefungující internet (staci zafoukani větru a výpadek) nevyuzivate už 2 měsíce. Navíc porusovali denně podmínky. Ve smlouvě je garantovana rychlost. Za garantovanou rychlost 28Mbit jsem platil 990,- Kč. Garantovaná rychlost nebyla. To by nemohli existovat výpadky a kolísání rychlostí. Nejsou si schopni ve firmě předat informace. Požaduji výpovědní lhůtu 30 dnů, ačkoliv nic takového ve smlouvě není. Až ve všeobecných podmínkách. Které jsou jen na jejich webových stránkách. Při podpisu smlouvy žádné všeobecně podmínky nedostanete. Jo a ještě za nezaplacení účtují dále poplatek z prodlení. Je to banda chudáků. Je vidět, že si pro korunu nechají kolena vrtat. Prosím, klidně jim ten měsíc zaplatím zpětně a pak ještě jeden navíc včetně úroků. Nenechám je umřít hlady. Nejsem nelida. Ale hlavně, že tu bandu budu mít už konečně z krku! There could be no outages and speed fluctuations. They are not able to pass on information in the company. I require 30 days' notice, although there is nothing in the contract. Only in general conditions. Which are just on their website. When signing the contract, you will not receive any general conditions. Yes, and they still charge a late fee for non-payment. It's a bunch of poor people. It can be seen that they have their knees drilled for the crown. Please feel free to pay them back that month and then another one, including interest. I won't let them starve to death. I'm not inhuman. But mainly that I will finally have the gang out of my throat!
