★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už druhý den čekám na balíček. První den přišel email, že bude dnes doručen, tak čekám celý den doma-nic. Prý pokus o doručení se nezdařil, aha. Druhý den sms, že bude doručen mezi 15:12-16:12 opět nic. Žádný teledonát, žádný kontakt. Co to jako je???? Zlatá Česká pošta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uložení balíku po nezastižení na adrese na depu, cesta neznačená - nevíte kam jet, dojedete k hale kde je malým písmem pick up - dobře ale. Pracovnice je tu jedna, po mém příchodu dál nerušeně telefonuje se slovy “paní počká” - potom oznámí že přijely balíky a odejde někam do zázemí. Čekání více než 10minut. Úcta k čekajícímu zákazníkovi nulová - za mě nikdy víc. Peklo.

There is one worker, after my arrival she continues to call undisturbed with the words "the lady will wait" - then she announces that the packages have arrived and goes somewhere in the background. Waiting more than 10 minutes. Respect for the waiting customer zero - never again for me. Hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůbec se mi nelíbí, ze mi kuryr nevola, když je tu a drze mi vleze na pozemek a nechá mi balíček u dveri. Nikdo mu nedovolil, ze muže jit ke me domu. Stalo se to taky někomu? Prý na me troubil, zvonil… ale kdyby to udelal, tak jsem dávno venku, protože na nej celou dobu čekám.
I don't like at all that the courier didn't call me when she was here and cheekily crawled onto my property and left the package at the door. No one allowed him to come to my house. Did it happen to anyone too? He said he was honking at me, ringing… but if he did, I would be out a long time ago, because I've been waiting for her all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přesměrování balíku na depo, za doručení platím, tak proč bych si měl pro balík jezdit o deset kilometrů dál? Řiďič se zřejmě nechtěl vracet na výdejní místo až otevřou. S DPD již po několikáté špatná zkušenost, nejhorší doručovací služba na Teplicku.
Redirection of the package to the depot, I pay for the delivery, so why should I drive ten kilometers further for the package? The driver apparently did not want to return to the dispensing point when they opened. Bad experience with DPD for several times, the worst delivery service in Teplice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již po několikáté se stalo že přišla zpráva ohledně doručení. Zařídil jsem si to abych byl doma já nebo někdo jiný a vždy v rozmezí času doručování přišla zpráva (pouze v DPD aplikaci) že balík nedoručen. Po zavolání mi bylo řečeno že balík byl naložen na špatné auto a že bude doručen až další den.
Dnes stejný případ.... Nebýt pana kurýra, který byl doopravdy moc ochotný a milý tak nemám zásilku vůbec z důvodu že jsem od zítra již mimo adresu. Kurýr mi balíček předal po všech nakládkách a vše proběhlo hladce, ale toto depo mi již leze na nervy.... Z 10 balíčků byly na správné auto naloženy a doručeny jak má být pouze 2.....
Škoda že nelze dát 0 hvězd, protože jinak bych to neviděl....
It has happened several times that a message has arrived regarding delivery. I arranged it for me or someone else to be at home, and always within the delivery time, a message came (only in the DPD application) that the package was not delivered. After the call, I was told that the package was loaded on the wrong car and that it would not be delivered until the next day.
Same case today ... If it weren't for the courier, who was really helpful and nice, I don't have a shipment at all because I'm out of address tomorrow. The courier handed me the package after all the loads and everything went smoothly, but this depot is already getting on my nerves .... Out of 10 packages, only 2 were loaded and delivered to the right car .....
Too bad you can't give 0 stars, because otherwise I wouldn't see it ....

the courier brought the package 3 times at the same time when I am at work with this date and the method cannot be changed.

They inform me about the delivery time, I'm sitting home and waiting. On the tracking page the status changes to "Package cannot be delivered. Unable to reach the recipient". I'm calling the customer service.
Friendly clerk: "oh sorry, the courier is not obliged to call you when he's there. If he can't find you, he will report the delivery failed".
Me: "I'm sitting here, my name is on the bell, you know my phone number. What else do you want from me?"
Clerk: "he will try to deliver the package again tomorrow".
Me: "if he could not find me today, how can you guarantee that he will find me tomorrow?"
Clerk: "I can't"
Me: "what should I do then? Sit in front of the house and wait for the courier to come?"
Clerk: "I don't know...maybe we can redirect your package to a pick up point"
Me: "ok, let's do it, but why do you call yourself a courier then?"
