I wrote to this company at the beginning of December, in order to find out if they are available in my area. This was suggested on their website.
After a few days of no reply, I decided to write another mail. A week later and still no reply, so I decided to call them.
A gentleman answered and said he's aware that I wrote to them and will reply to my email.
He did so and asked for more information. I provided the information and asked a few more questions.
This was the middle of December. One month later and I have not heard back. I wrote another email and even tried calling, but nobody picked up and nobody replied....
If this is how they treat customers interested in their services, I don't want to think how difficult it would be to reach them, when you have issues with the connection.
There are much better alternatives out there.
