★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bekam am 23.8.2019 1 Implantat und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Assistenzarzt ist etwas "schaumgebremst", d.h. er verströmt keine übermäßige Sympathie und der Zigaretten-Geruch stört auch ein wenig. Das tut aber dem hervorragenden Ergebniss keinen Abruch. Wichtig ist für mich der Preis.
Empfehlenswert !!!
Got on the 23.8.2019 1 implant and am very satisfied. The medical assistant is a bit "foam-inhibited", i. he exudes no excessive sympathy and the cigarette smell also bothers a little. But that does not detract from the excellent result. Important for me is the price.
Recommended !!!

Etwas verspätet da ein LKW Unfall war eine Strecke über 200 Kilometer gefahren dann bekommt man als Antwort man solle sich einen neuen Termin ausmachen obwohl ich angerufen habe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf mehrmaliges anschreiben bzw anrufen KEINE Reaktion. Da gedachte ich die Nummer sei nicht aktuell und bin losgefahren. Von der Sekretärin/Empfängsdame gleich erfahren dass alle Nachrichten von uns erhalten haben aber sich nicht darum kümmern. Da denke ich was wenn man Schmerzen hat, ob das auch so ist? Also zum Zahnarzt sind wir gar nicht gekommen, denn Sie war schon sooo unfreundlich genug....
No response to multiple emails or calls. I thought the number was not up to date and drove off. Learned straight away from the secretary/receptionist that everyone had received messages from us but didn't bother. So I think what if you're in pain, is that really the case? So we didn't even go to the dentist, because she was so rude enough....
