★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posílala jsem balíček přes zásilkovnu na této pobočce. O pár dní se mi ozvala kupující, že ji dorazil úplný jiný balíček s mým jménem. Záhy jsme zjistily, že paní na pobočce nalepila podací štítek úplně na jiný balíček, než jsem ji dala. Musely jsme kontaktovat zákaznický servis, který se bude snažit ztracený balíček dohledat, ale nemáme jistotu že se balíček najde. Nikdy se mi toho nestalo. Proto veliké pochybení ze strany prodejkyně. A pro příště volím radši jiné podací místo.
I sent the package through the courier at this branch. A few days later, the buyer told me that a completely different package with my name had arrived. We soon found out that the lady at the branch affixed the delivery label to a completely different package than I had given it. We had to contact customer service, who will try to find the lost package, but we are not sure that the package will be found. It never happened to me. Therefore, a big mistake on the part of the seller. And for the next time, I'd rather choose a different delivery point.
