★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při zmínění paní prodavačce, že si nejsem jistá zda si boty dnes opravdu koupím (potřebovala jsem je prvně vyzkoušet), na mě začala paní křičet a okamžitě mě vyhodila z obchodu. Nechápu toto chování a její reakci. Boty jsem si tedy bez problému vyzkoušela a koupila jinde. Udělejte to samé a nenechte si zkazit den.
When the saleswoman mentioned that I wasn't sure if I would really buy the shoes today (I needed to try them first), the lady started yelling at me and immediately kicked me out of the store. I do not understand this behavior and its reaction. So I tried the shoes without any problems and bought them elsewhere. Do the same and don't let your day ruin it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boty jsem zakoupil před 13 měsíci. Nosil jsem je od podzimu do jara. Praskla mi podešev a při reklamaci mi bylo sděleno, že obuv je onošená a nebudou nic reklamovat. NAPROSTO NEDOPORUČUJI NÁKUP. Najděte si jiného prodejce!!!
I bought the shoes 13 months ago. I wore them from autumn to spring. My sole cracked and during the complaint I was told that the shoes were worn and they would not complain about anything. I JUST DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING. Find another dealer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally do not recommend. I was there, unsure whether I want to buy the shoes. I asked the lady politely if she has my size, then she asked if I want to buy the shoes immediately. I replied that I'm unsure. I was then kicked out of the store with the lady screaming at me that she isn't there for fun. Completely horrible customer care. Plenty other stores have Dr. martens shoes so do not use this one!

I did not buy the boots that day, and I told her: I will come back another day. After 1 week I came back, tried them on again and bought them. I don't understand the comments of those saying that they got kicked out.
