Neodpoví na pozdrav, je prostivná a ještě mi bez jediného slova cpala léky značky dr. max, přestože na receptu bylo něco zcela jiného. Když se ozvu, že chci to, co je na receptu její hrubé chování se stupňuje. Rozhodně si budu stěžovat i přímo u firmy. Není to poprvé jak v této pobočce, tak v dalších, které jsem v posledním roce navštívila. Absolutely appalling behavior of the first aid kit. She doesn't answer the greeting, she's simple and she stuffed me with Dr. max, even though there was something completely different about the recipe. When I say that I want what's on the recipe, her rude behavior escalates. I will definitely complain directly to the company. This is not the first time in this branch and in others that I have visited in the last year.

Lékárnice ani nevěděla jak to chodí e receptem,byla zcela zmatená až dementní chování,napřed požadovala lístek a několikrát opakovala,byla arogantní a své chování stupňovala. Na e recept po mně dokonce chtěla občanský průkaz,prý potřebuje dojít k léků,nakonec na okénku měla 2 hromádky léky e receptami a 1 hromádka byla moje kde jsem poznal moje léky tak jsem jí ukázal že to jsou moje. Nejlepší je to že,místo omluvy bylo že by se k tomu dopracovala. Z touto starší Lékárnici už v minulosti jsem měl problém. Naštěstí v okolí asi 250 metru jsou 3 lékárny a máme i jinou možnost konkurence. Jíž už do této lékárny ne nevstoupím. Jana Kebasová, I have the same experience. The pharmacist didn't even know how it went with the prescription, she was completely confused and even demented, she demanded a ticket first and repeated it several times, she was arrogant and she escalated her behavior. She even wanted an ID card for me on the prescription, she said she needs medication, in the end she had 2 piles of prescription drugs on the window and 1 pile was mine where I knew my drugs so I showed her that they were mine. The best part is, instead of apologizing, she would work it out. I have had a problem with this older Pharmacy in the past. Fortunately, there are 3 pharmacies in the vicinity of about 250 meters and we have another opportunity to compete. I will no longer enter this pharmacy.
