M	Michaela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ v této lékárně jsem byla 2x a už nikdy více. Při poslední návštěvě jsem opět natrefila na lékárníka, který je velmi nepříjemný a nemá problém Vás sekýrovat. Přišla jsem s receptem z veteriny , nejdříve na recept zíral a poté odešel do zázemí lékárny zjistit, zda na tyto recepty vydávají léky. Na můj dotaz co se mu na receptu nepozdává a proč se radí, mi řekl, že si ověřoval zda není padělán. Na receptu byli veškeré údaje a dokonce i telefonní kontakt na lékaře , snadno ověřitelný. Odešla jsem jinam , tam problém nebyl. Navíc v této lékárně, mají věčně výpadky výroby, neumí poradit a vydat náhradní lék. Opravdu nechápu marketing této sítě prodejen. Je hezké mít vlastní výrobky, ale asi nestačí. I have been to this pharmacy twice and never again. Mají nasmlouvanou vlastní škálu léků, tudíž pokaždé musím do jiné lékárny pro lék, který mi předepsal lékař. Navíc vždy dostanu odpověď, že lék , který mi předepsal lékař je vylistovaný a dají mi obdobu jejich nasmlouvaných léků. Oproti je lékárna, kde léky, které mají být vylistované - nedostupné obdržím. Po poslední návštěvě když byla lékárna oproti zavřena jsem v této lékárně obdržela úplně jiný lék nežli mi předepsal doktor a to bez upozornění, že mi dávají náhradní lék. Druhý den jsem jej vrátila . Bylo mi řečeno, že má stejné složení jako lék předepsaný lékařem. Neumím to posoudit a jestli mi lékař předepíše lék, tak chci tento lék obdržet případně se poradit s lékařem jestli jej mohu brát. Ačkoliv to zákon dovoluje, tak se léčím u lékaře a ne v lékárně a proto chci lék, který mi předepsal můj lékař. Otevírací doba je tristní, což je vidět i na tom, že je zavřeno i v sobotu, předchozí objekty byli v sobotu otevřené, takže moc nechápu pronajímatele z jakého důvodu tohle umožnil. Obchod s kebabem, nebo něco jiného by se hodilo víc. Co se týče ceny léku, jsou dražší v 90%, udělal jsem si průzkum v tom, že jsem navštívil obě dvě a hodnotil cenu. Zaměstnanci byli v pořádku, ale několikrát mi vnucovali produkt jejich lékárny a tvrdili, že lék je ve výpadku, i když v druhé lékárně byl k dispozici nebo na objednávku. Když na svůj zážitek koukám, tak to je na jednu hvězdičku. Lepší je podpořit menší firmu, než velkou. This pharmacy is obviously built as a competition to the smaller pharmacy opposite. Ne, že by tam byla fronta, bylo nás tam pár, ale vzhledem k tomu, jak se točily dámy na přepážkách, stál člověk zničehonic ve špatné frontě. No, budu chodit zase radši na Polikliniku.
