Šla jsem pouze pro mast a naprosto profesionálně se ptala pro koho, proč atd a ihned poradila. Nákup 4.1.2021 ? Moc děkuji. Nechoďte tam pokud jdete jen pro věci co potřebujete, protože odejdete o 2000 chudší. Mrs. pharmacist total pi , who marks everything we didn't want. Chtěla jsem si vyzvednout recept na 5 ks léku (vitamín D), bylo mi ale řečeno, že sice lék mají, ale dají mi jen 2 ks, aby zbylo i na ostatní. Mohu si prý ale oběhnout jiné lékárny. Proč si tedy nemohou ti ostatní dojít do jiné lékárny, jsem opravdu nepochopila. Navíc to není lék, bez kterého by ti ostatní přišli o život. Takže od této doby budu přímo chodit do jiné lékárny, abych se zbytečně nezdržovala cestou k nim. A to i přesto, že lékárniku tam je dost, ale evidentně rozebiraji mezi sebou něco důležitějšího nez je starat se o zákazníky. Neustále tam spolu něco řeší a zákazníků si nevšímáji a to i když vidí, že tam jsou fronty. Čeho si naopak všimnou, když je v lékárně víc lidí nebo dělají lidé menší rozestupy tak to neleni a hned vás tam na celou lékárnu seřvou. Za mě nejhorší lékárna v Liberci a to jen z důvodu personálu. Chodím tam velice nerada, a pokud nemusím tak tam nejdu a zajedu si raději někam jinam. Ještě jsem se tam nesetkala s příjemnou lekarnici. Unpleasant first aid kits !!! Unnecessarily queues are constantly formed there, because out of 4 cash registers there are always max. Two. This is despite the fact that there is plenty of a pharmacist there, but I am obviously discussing something more important than caring for customers. They are constantly solving something together and I don't pay attention to customers, even though they see that there are queues. On the other hand, what they will notice when there are more people in the pharmacy or people make smaller distances, so it's not lazy and they will immediately piss you off at the whole pharmacy. For me, the worst pharmacy in Liberec, and only because of the staff. I don't like going there very much, and if I don't have to, I don't go there and I'd rather go somewhere else. I have not yet met a pleasant first aid kit there.

Chybně uvedené ceny u zboží (což by se ještě dalo prominout), pokud by na zákazníka ještě neštěkaly, že je to jeho chyba a má si domyslet, že přeci ještě nestihly novou cenovku vytisknout a stará na stejný typ zboží na stejné pozici v regálu je přece pochopitelně na něco jiného. Takový tým štěken jsem dlouho neviděl. ČOI by měla radost... I do not recommend. DÁMA mě nejdříve jebala, že už mám druhou výzvu na vyzvednutí zásilky, pak arogantně kroutila hlavou, že po ní chci něco navíc, chtěl jsem si vybrat a ne odbít něčím co me vnutí, po upozornění ať se chová slušně, hádka, že je 12 hodin na nohou (v 15h) a další průpovídky...
