★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato lékárna je nejhorší v Karlovarském kraji dnes jsme s mojí tetou přišly do lékárny vyzvednout léky pro mojí 91 letou babičku příjdeme k pokladně dáme jí e-recept a paní se na nás podívá a říká nemáme čekáme že nabídne alternativu bohužel reakce se nedostavilo když moje teta řekla jakou nahradu za léky jsme posledně dostaly začala se hádat že tomu rozumí pouze ona a ne my více arogantní a netrpělivou a hlavně nesympatickou lékárníci jsem v životě nepoznala nedoporučuji!!!!
This pharmacy is the worst in the Karlovy Vary region today my aunt and I came to the pharmacy to pick up medicine for my 91 year old grandmother we come to the cash register we give her an e-prescription and the lady looks at us and says we don't wait to offer an alternative unfortunately the reaction did not come when my aunt she said what kind of substitute for the drugs we last got she started arguing that only she understands it and not us more arrogant and impatient and especially unsympathetic pharmacists I have never known in my life I do not recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám jednu hvězdu míň bohužel nejde . Takhle arogantní obsluhu jsem snad ještě neviděl . Na prodejně nikdo a stejně čekáte dobrejch 5 minut než se vás uráčí někdo obsloužit . Chcete poradit co koupit jděte jinam . Měli by jet na školení třeba do Varu ať vidí jak se mají chovat k zákazníkovi
I give one star less unfortunately it can't. I have never seen such arrogant service. Nobody in the store and you still wait a good 5 minutes before someone manages to serve you. Want advice on what to buy go elsewhere. They should go to Vara for training, for example, to see how they should behave towards the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato lékárna neakceptuje stravenkové karty, které akceptují všude v Dr. Max lékárnách, personál nerad cokoli objednává, raději vás pošle jinam. Už se nedivím, že v této lékárně mají stále prázdno, oproti lékárně Dr. Max v Tesco, která je přes ulici a kde jsou stále fronty, personál výborný a zákazníkovi vychází vždy vstříct.
This pharmacy does not accept meal vouchers, which are accepted everywhere in Dr. Max pharmacies, staff do not like to order anything, they prefer to send you elsewhere. I'm no longer surprised that they are still empty in this pharmacy, in contrast to Dr. Max at Tesco, which is across the street and where there are still queues, the staff is excellent and the customer is always accommodating.
