Disaster, medicines to be ordered, the next day you get a sentence instead of medicines: we forgot to order it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuhle lékárnu jsem přestal navštěvovat úplně a raději jedu do stejné lékárny ale jinde. Tady jsou věčně nekonečné fronty a namísto aby někdo pomohl s otevřením další přepážky tak raději koukají jak ta krásná fronta roste. Jeden pult volný prodej a druhý pro recept,víc jsem neviděl a může být fronta sebe větší. Ještě že máme možnost chodit i jinde. ???
I stopped visiting this pharmacy completely, and I'd rather go to the same pharmacy but elsewhere. Here are the endless queues and instead of helping someone with the opening of another counter, they prefer to watch how the beautiful queue grows. One free sales desk and the other for the recipe, I have not seen more and the queue can be bigger. We still have the opportunity to go elsewhere. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem kojenecké mléko Beba comfort od roku a půl a řekli mi,že se nevyrábí, jen 6+. Zbytečně jsem si koupila mléko 6+ za 399 Kč, když se vyrábí i 18+..... Když nevím, tak řeknu nevím, nebo si to zjistím a nepodávám přeci klamné informace zákazníkovi.
I wanted Beba comfort baby milk from a year and a half and they told me it wasn't produced, just 6+. Unnecessarily I bought milk 6+ CZK 399 when it produces 18 + ..... When you do not know, I say I do not know or do not know and do not give false information to the customer after all.
