J	Jiřina Šedivá on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupila jsem vnukovi pušku a při rozbalení bohužel nešlo s molitanovými náboji vůbec vystřelit, šla jsem tedy reklamovat do prodejny a za mne opravdu velká nespokojenost. Protože hračka byla rozbalená (nevím tedy jak u zabalené hračky zjistíte, že je bez vady), tak nešlo zboží vyměnit, ale muselo se reklamovat!! i když evidentně chyběl otvor, kudy by náboj mohl projít. Za mne velké zklamání z chování tohoto obchodu, protože se jedná o dárek pro dítě a už jen to, když si dárek rozbalil a nebyl funkční je hodně smutné, ale nyní ještě musí čekat, až se obchod uvolí vyřídit reklamaci. Pro mne z této situace vychází jednoznačně to, že Dráčik už nikdy NE. Asi před dvěma lety jsem řešila v Bambuli podobnou reklamaci a tam hračku okamžitě vyměnili. Vnuk se už i přestal ptát, zda už si bude moci pro hračku dojít. I bought my grandson a rifle and unfortunately it was not possible to shoot at all with foam ammunition when unpacking, so I went to complain to the store and for me I was really very dissatisfied. Because the toy was unpacked (I don't know how you will find out that the packed toy is defect-free), the goods could not be exchanged, but it had to be claimed !! although there was obviously no hole through which the charge could pass. For me, a big disappointment with the behavior of this store, because it is a gift for a child and just when he unwrapped the gift and it was not functional is very sad, but now he still has to wait for the store to settle the complaint. For me, it is clear from this situation that Dráčik will never again. About two years ago, I dealt with a similar complaint in Bambula, and there they immediately exchanged the toy. The grandson stopped asking if he would be able to come for the toy.
H	Hana Chrtková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak nechutnou scénu, kterou jsem zažila od prodavačky v tomto obchodě nikomu nepřeji. Mladá maminka se synkem cca 5 let přišla nakoupit bez respirátoru. Při vstupu jí nikdo nic neřekl, až když konečně došla s vybranou hračkou k pokladně, tak ji baba u kasy sdělila , že ji hračku nenamarkuje. Scéna jak z hororu do toho začalo dítě plakat. Maminka šla z obchodu ven, nasadila si roušku, protože jí synek prosil ať mu hračku koupí. Prodavačce řekla, že se chová jako kráva a ta jí opět sdělila že jí stejně neobslouží. Matka tedy požádala, ať jí zavolají vedoucí obchodu. Na to jí bylo sděleno, že tam vedoucí není. ""Ale já vím, že vedoucí je ta paní vedle Vás" "Ne není" Takže odcházela zase bez hračky.... Vedení obchodu by se nad sebou mělo zamyslet a vybírat obsluhu více empatickou, přeci jen se jedná obchod s hračkami pro děti. She told the saleswoman that she was behaving like a cow, and she told her again that she would not serve her anyway. So her mother asked to be called by the store manager. She was told that the leader was not there. "" But I know the leader is the lady next to you. "" No, it's not. " So she left again without a toy .... The store management should think about it and choose a more empathetic staff, after all, it is a store with toys for children.
P	Petr Grus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nenazval bych prodavačky jinak nez vymyté hlavy, bez roušky či respirátoru se nebavi, neobslouží, jejich chovani je nad zákon a ústavu zřejmě. Ale byly slušné, ikdyž robotické.. Škoda, utratím penize jinde I would not call the saleswomen other than washed heads, without a veil or respirator they do not have fun, they do not serve, their behavior is beyond the law and the institute probably. But they were decent, albeit robotic. Too bad I spend the money elsewhere
