★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím sem ráda pro velký výběr hraček a slevu na věrnostní kartu, co mi to kazí je bohužel nepříjemná až otrávená prodavačka (rezavé vlasy) a nebylo to poprvé.
I like to come here for a large selection of toys and a loyalty card discount, which spoils me, unfortunately, is an unpleasant or poisoned saleswoman (rusty hair) and it wasn't the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eshop je dobrý ale zase na stránkách hlavních máte napsané v neděli otevřeno a když přijdete do obchodu je zavřeno příště si prosím Opravte otevírací dobu protože takhle tam půjde někdo na eshopu si najde otevřeno a jak přijde do prodejny je zavřeno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super jen chudera byla jediná slečna na celou prodejnu a musela obsluhovat kasu, zákazníky a hledat dalších X věci. Jinak celkem přehledné.
Super jen chudera was the only girl at the whole store and had to serve the cash register, customers and look for other X things. Otherwise quite clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I liked this place but after my last experience 5 day's ago that's over. Just before leaving for the holidays we (son and me) bought a small arcade game, Kč 500. Opening it it appeared to be not working however no time to claim it immediately. After the holidays we went there. The manager of the shop looked like he never managed a claim in his life. Filling out the paperwork and finding out what he had to give to us took him 45 minutes on the phone. Finally he left us a receipt saying that it would take 30 day's for them to look if they would repair it (a Kč 500 made in China thing ??) or if my son would get his money back. Normally we buy a lot at Sparky. Also there sometimes we had a problem but that was always solved in the spot by either changing the toy on the spot or give the money back , that's how you keep your customers.
