This real estate company is used for renting a large apartment in Vinohrady. Photographed and presented on foot and after six days the apartment was rented. Ms. Tereza kept me informed about the development, demands and during the tour of the apartment communicated with potential tenants absolutely perfectly and in the end I could choose who I really want in the apartment. The contract and its signature were also secured by DHR itself and I just arrived in the agreed term to sign. All resolved within 168 hours. This is how I imagine the work of a professional and pro-client approach. Thank you very much and if I ever rent, I know where to go.

Absolutely unprofessional approach. After the first meeting, when the starting price of the apartment had already been set, I had to send my proposal for the purchase price - that's what happened. I was informed that the broker - Eva Kubizňáková - could not inform me about other proposals, but subsequently the broker continuously communicated the proposals of other interested parties, which climbed the amount, these proposals were not substantiated, it was only a broker's message. There were a total of two inspections of the apartment I was interested in, the price for which it will be sold was even agreed, but at the moment when I had reservations about the reservation contract, the amount increased by CZK 100,000 (allegedly another interested party), which was at the end of the meeting with the words that it won't affect me much, because there will not be such a big difference in the monthly payment (mortgage) and that the recommended mortgage adviser actually operated the whole meeting with this amount, which the broker informed me after his departure. When I asked what the procedure would be after the conclusion of the reservation contract, ie if the contract will be a future contract and then a purchase contract, I was told that the reservation contract is by nature purchase contract, although this is explicitly refuted in the reservation contract, so when I requested a draft purchase contract, I was told that I did not have to worry about it being drawn up by an "independent" lawyer with whom the office cooperates and that the contract would be . I am sorry that I lost a lot of time with this meeting and at the same time lost the opportunity to buy another apartment, which I decided between.

I highly recommend this real estate agency. After my previous and really unfortunate experience with "competition", I was very pleasantly surprised by the fairness and approach of Dream House Reality.
