★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I borrowed a wedding dress here and i was really satisfied. The offer was amazing and the staff were nice and willing. I can´t speak cezch but the language was not a problem. The assistant english was just perfect. Better than my english i would say! So i can recommend this salon to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete waste of time. Arrived on a Saturday, shop completely empty. We're told to wait by the assistant behind the desk for someone to see us
Then waited about 7 minutes, a wan CE downstairs eating food from a plastic box, then sat down and put her her up on the desk
We then waited for the same woman to come who told us to wait for someone, to then come over and serve us.
Wanting to hire a male wedding suit, the assistant had no idea about the sizes for suits, did not.know even where the size was listed on the garment and didn't understand the labels inside or the prices for hire. She Spent 5 minutes looking at jackets then picked one and gave it to me despite it being obviously too small for me, with sleeves which barely cover my elbow. She admitted that she didn't know anything about men's clothes (which by now was obvious) and then just walked away. We then left immediately.
Awful service all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very stisfied with service of satygohome salon. I borowed a dresses here becasue i traveled to my friends wedding wich was in czech republic and i didint want to bring my own dresses to safe some space in my luggage. I ask my friend where can i get the dresses in Prague and she reccomeded me this salon and whole expirience here was just great! Store was so big (i expected something smaller) and so beutiful. Staff were very gentle and helpful and i loved evrey single dresses there so it wasnt easy to choose one. In the end i got beatiful black dresses. They also offer free delivery of dresses so they delivered them directly to hotel where the wedding took place and came for them the other day! And in was really far away from Prague. I dont know prices in other salons in czech repuplic but prices in satogohome seemed ok to me. It was something about 80 euros including the delivery and cleaning wich i think is pretty good. I was pretty nervous when i came to Prague without dresses so im glad that i got these dresses. I would like to thank all staff in satygohome and recommeded them to other tourists beacuse the assistans here have high english level (better than i have for sure) and all about this salon is just on top.
