Ne vše je skladem, bohužel registrace na eSHOP je spíše pro živnostníky, ale po telefonu je možné se domluvit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi už tam nepůjdu. Prodej dveří má na starosti pouze jeden člověk. Pak tam chodite a doufáte, že na něj netrefíte. A když ano, tak vás ignoruje a vy čekáte a čekáte. Nakonec si vyslechnete hádku zaměstnanců, kteří ho chtějí "dokopat" k větší vstřícnosti. Ovšem bez výsledku. Škoda. Myslel jsem si, že je tam pro zákazníky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod spíše pro profesionály. Nabídka zboží veliká, ale pro laiky nepřehledná. Na prodejně nejsou u vystaveného zboží ceny. Raději nakupuji jinde. Chtělo by to vytvořit klasický eshop, objednám a vyzvednu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Máme z Dřevotrustu dveře v celém domě. S prodejcem přes dveře jsme si domluvili schůzku. Ukázal nám dveře na vzorkovně, poradil a vysvětlil vše dopodrobna. Věnoval se nám asi hodinu. Proběhlo zaměření technikem, objednávka a montáž. Akorát výroba dveří trvala měsíc. Ale to je u většiny výrobců stejné, nebo i horší. Chceme ještě novou kuchyň. Takže jedině z dřevotrustu. Jsou to profíci. Děkujeme.
