★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochotní prodejci. Nařežou na míru, přivezou až k autu. Pohodička. Vždy jsem tu sehnal vše, co jsem potřeboval.
Helpful sellers. They cut to size, bring them to the car. Cool. I always got everything I needed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pán velice nepříjemný a neochotný. Netuší co má a nemá ve skladu a v sušárně. Při telefonátu v 15:30 byl velice hrubý, že po třetí už není v práci. Na námitku, že podle stránek dřevo centra má mít až do 16:30 se hádal, že na stránkách nic takového není a ať zavoláme další den dopoledne. Tak jsem zavolala další den dopoledne a pán mi řekl ať mu už nevolám! Ať mu napíšu SMS, nebo e-mail, protože neví, co má na skladě. Takové zacházení mě velmi nemile překvapilo....

On the objection that, according to the website, the wood center should have until 4.30 pm, it was argued that there was nothing like that on the website and that we should call the next morning. So I called the next morning and the gentleman told me not to call him anymore! Whether I write him an SMS or an e-mail, because he doesn't know what he has in stock. Such treatment surprised me very unpleasantly ....
