★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dum pekny, ale... Nejsou dodrzovany terminy, spatny management praci. Diky mnoha rozestavenym projektum nejsou dobre koordinovani remeslnici. Napriklad je nejprve udelan sadrokarton a pak teprve beton na podlahy. Vlivem vlhka sadrokarton zvlhne, nabobtna a zvlni se. Sadrokarton neodborne proveden. Reklamace prakticky neprovedeny. Slibuji, ze po dvou letech vysparuji spoje mezi sadrokartonem a tramy a kde nic tu nic. Chce si vse fakt hlidat. Takhle si stavbu nepredstavuji. Kdybych si mel znovu zvolit firmu, pak jdu jinam a nebo se pokusim o svou realizaci, cot vidim u souseda a funguje to take.

For example, plasterboard is first made and then concrete is laid on the floor. Due to the moisture, the drywall gets wet, swollen and curled. Plasterboard improperly executed. Complaints practically not executed. I promise that after two years I will joint the gypsum plasterboard and trams joints and where there is nothing. He wants to watch all that. That's not how I imagine building. If I had to choose a company again, then I go somewhere else, or I will try to realize it, I see my neighbor and it also works.
