Pan Šimek působí velice důvěryhodně, v jeho videich jeho oku neunikne žádný detail. Ale... půl roku jsme byli v kontaktu, měli jsme i nabídku na náš dům a byli jsme dohodnuti, ze až budeme mít Stavebni povolení, tak se zkontaktujeme. Když příšel ten den D, tak pan Simek nereagoval, slibil ze pošle smlouvu a přes nekolikatou urgenci žádná odezva. Stačilo říct “nemám čas, ozvete se mi za půl roku” a já bych to i přesto pochopil... Bohužel nás jak se říká lidově “vypekl”... museli jsme znovu začít hledat jinou firmu a to po půl roce nechcete.. But ... we were in contact for half a year, we also had an offer for our house and we agreed that when we have a building permit, we will contact you. When D-day came, Mr. Simek did not respond, promising to send a contract and, despite several urgencies, no response. It was enough to say "I don't have time, you'll get back to me in half a year" and I would still understand ... Unfortunately, as they say, "baked" us ... we had to start looking for another company again and you don't want that after half a year ..
S	Stefan Suriak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám podobnou zkušenost jako Jakub Švarc. Ze začátku velká ochota, poslali nám kalkulaci, ale když se mělo něco začít řešit, najednou pan Šimek přestal komunikovat. Na zavolání pouze řekl, že teď nemá čas a zavolá za půl hodiny. Což nikdy nedodržel. I have a similar experience as Jakub Švarc. He only said on the call that he didn't have time now and would call in half an hour. Which he never did.

Na predani domu pan Simek dojel jen s predavacim protokolem, nic vic z dokumentace nemel(stavebni denik jsme nevideli ani jednou, a dokonce nam jeho prava ruka pan Vizner rekl ze ho ani nemaji ale pokud ho chceme sepisou?). Vady a nedodelky se pri predami sepsali ale od te doby nereaguje a zrejme ani nebude kdyz je 2 mesice po terminu. Stavebni odpad a jeho odvoz to same. Reklamaci na nefunkcni HS portal a spatne usazene vchodove dvere jsme s firmou Svet oken resili sami. Nastesti nam vysli vstric a pochopili situaci za coz jim dekujeme. Celkove je pan Šimek clovek co kaze vodu a pije vino! Kouka se vam do uci a pritom lze... Jeho podnikani vychazi z toho ze si dela body na youtube kde ostatni schazuje a znehodnocuje jejich praci ale pritom by si sam mel zamest pred svim prahem. We have the same experience as below.
