★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost se zaměstnancem, který přivezl uhlí. Při telefonickém objednání uhlí manžel upozornil, že bude doma jenom manželka, takže s tím musela firma počítat. Při vykládání uhlí vznikly komplikace, během kterých mě zaměstnanec nejméně 3x seřval, že měl být manžel doma. Před odjezdem mi zaměstnanec sdělil, že si manžel nemá objednávat uhlí, když není doma. Jednání zaměstnance mně přišlo nevhodné, připadala jsem si, jak když rodiče kárají své dítě. Tato komplikace by nenastala, kdyby nás firma předem upozornila, že manžel musí být přítomný. Po této zkušenosti budeme příště brát uhlí raději někde jinde, i když jsme doteď byli s firmou spokojeni.
Poor experience with an employee who brought coal. When you call, coal husband pointed out that the only wife at home, so the company had to count. When unloading coal complication arose during which the employee at least 3 times he yelled that the husband should be home. Before leaving, the employee told me that my husband should not order coal when he was not at home. The behavior of the employee seemed to me inappropriate, I felt like parents chastising their child. This complication would not occur if the company warned us in advance that the husband must be present. After this experience, next time we take coal prefer somewhere else, until now, even though we were satisfied with the company.
