Pomalé vyřízení, služby na úrovni středověku, elektronické zpracování ještě k paní právničce nedošlo, natož pak možnost řešit více úkonů jedním podáním. Výsledkem bylo zbytečné zadržování peněz v úschově (od listopadu do února), což blokovalo všem souvisejícím klientům s danou transakcí další aktivity a skoro je připravilo o vložené peníze a rezervace domů.
