Chtelo by to zamyslet se pri vydeji zasilek, jestli neni lepsi rovnou se zeptat na kod zasilky,nez jit hledat balik podle jmena a pak tam zadavat kod,jedno efektivni zeptani misto dvou. Kdyz uz je pani tak chytra a dulezita.
Vážený GIRO, na žádném balíku není napsaný žádný KOD ani PIN, který dostáváte do SMS. Na balících je pouze příjemce a odesílatel.
Chtělo by to příště se napřed podívat na balík, přečíst si co je tam napsáno a pak přemýšlet než něco napíšete.

Dear GIRO, no CODE or PIN that you receive in the SMS is written on any package. Only the recipient and the sender are on the packages.
Next time, it would take a look at the package, read what's written there, and then think before you write anything.
