Pro provoz kamen a krbu musíte mít platnou revizi od kominíka. Odmítl jste předložit revizi. al2 je nefunkční komin nebo nevyčišténý. Není porucha krbu kamen. Musíte reklamovat u kominíka nebo vše vyčistit. Pokud mám poslední informace od vas, tak po vyčištěni vše funguje. Soused je bratr pane DaveP. cca 8 měsící čekal na revizi spalinový cesty od kominíka. Bez platný revize na komín nelze spustit kamna! Vůbec nechápu podstatu stéžováni... information DaveP. Čekání na spuštení kamen 4 měsíce (Soused čeká na spuštění již 8 měsíců, kdy Ing. Dušek nebral telefony a nebyl schopen kamna spustit), při první poruše po 6ti měsících reklamace zamítnuta od stolu. Rozhodně nedoporučuju Before buying a stove, a very helpful and friendly approach, which after the sale turned 180 degrees. Ano, nekdy se musi chvili cekat, ale to jen dokazuje zajem o jeho sluzby, ja si rad pockam. Jsem uz starsi generace a kdyz jsem na prodejne videl, kolik lidi chce vse zadarmo a ted hned, nedivim se panu inzenyrovi, ze obcas tuto sortu lidi musi vytridit. Jo, bez penez do kramu nelez, to plati stale. I am already buying a third stove from Mr. Engineer, I have two at home and I am satisfied. Neberie telefon, uráža, vyhráža sa,posiela cenníky,ale všetko márne. Už sa o neho zaujíma aj firma Ravelli,ktorú zastupuje. Určite prehodnotí zastupovanie firmy týmto človekom ,pretože firme Ravelli určite záleží na dobrom mene.a s Duskom dobre meno určite nehrozí.. chová sa ako primitiv,asi preto,že je primitiv. Ale v tom pripade mu odporúčam nejakú adekvátnu prácu.. predať kamna za stotisíc dokáže aj hlupák,horšie to je potom s opravami,servisom a komunikáciou..takže,pán Dušek, prehodnotíte svoje chovanie,číslo telefónu na nás máte, možno sme ešte ochotní akceptovať vašu omluvu.
