★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel zde za nepřiměřené ceny prodávají nekvalitní zboží. U 2 kabelek za 1800,- Kč/kus (1 jako dárek) mi praskla karabina, jako když ji ustřelí. Stříbrný náramek mi 3x prasknul ve spoji, aniž jsem to tom věděla. 2x reklamaci uznali, opravili a když jsem po třetí chtěla zboží vrátit, nabídli pouze výměnu zboží za nějaké jiné, přestože dle ČOI na to mám nárok (poté odmítli i tu výměnu zboží). O nějaké vadě materiálu nechtěli vůbec slyšet. Paní majitelka mi řekla, že jsem neměla náramek nosit na běžné nošení (asi si jej vystavit a jen se dívat). S brigádnicí v krámě reklamaci nevyřídíte, protože neví a ještě je drzá – prý jsem si to zboží tam neměla kupovat.

The silver bracelet broke in my joint 3 times without me knowing. They acknowledged the complaint twice, corrected it and when I wanted to return the goods for the third time, they only offered to exchange the goods for some others, although according to the CTIA I am entitled to it (then they also refused the exchange of goods). They didn't want to hear about any material defects at all. The lady owner told me that I should not have worn the bracelet for casual wear (probably to wear it and just watch). You won't be able to settle a complaint with a part-time worker in a shop, because she doesn't know and is still brazen - I said I shouldn't have bought the goods there.
