Dcere nic neřekla. Když chtěla zboží vrátit, již to nešlo. Bylo mi řečeno, že nemá chodit nakupovat když to nezná. Nevěděla jsem že musí chodit nakupovat jen odbornici a nestačí říct pouze co chcete. Paní prodavačka lhala, jelikož jednou řekla že si dceru nepamatuje, pak najednou že si ji pamatuje a že jí říkala že je to viskóza. Což jí neříkala, jelikož jsem s dcerou při nákupu telefonovala a nic takového jsem neslyšela. Bohužel jsem nucena toto řešit dál. Tady heslo nás zákazník, nás pan určitě neplatí.
