First of all, it should be mentioned that the House of Social Services is divided into several sections. First of all, it is a Home for the Elderly, then a Home with a care service and finally a Home with a special regime. At this point, I would like to rate the last one, ie Home with a special regime. Newcomers will certainly appreciate that the building was completed relatively recently, so everything is new and adapted to today's standards. The staff seems very kind, helpful and sensitive to the needs of seniors, which is especially evident when communicating with their descendants. Of course, I can hardly evaluate when I am not the one who is staying there, so I describe it as a descendant of a senior. I don't want to elaborate anymore and I'm not the one who should evaluate it. So the premise is that all the necessary care will be given to seniors. What I can evaluate, however, is the social feelings of the staff after the death of the senior and pretty much until he is still cold. Almost immediately after death, the staff will ask you to pick up your personal belongings. He already has it packed, so no chance of him coming to pack things in person. And what about the fact that it's not his personal belongings. The staff are not at all interested in packing clothes with a different name tag or missing the clothes they had. Who cares that some personal things may be completely missing. The important thing is that he immediately disappeared from the institute and they can immediately replace him. The staff treats the guests very incorrectly if they overlook the fact that an accidental visit has come. If he notices the visitors, he immediately reverses his behavior. Of course, not to throw them all into one bag, not all of them have two faces and some of them do not know who behave decently for visitors and accommodated seniors. Indecent staff should at least realize who feeds them! Well, it's just a very solid business, and after the death of our senior, I understood that it was nothing else. They have the maximum possible income per month for accommodation, meals and especially once again for state social care. Quite frankly, I am very disappointed with the current behavior and insensitive approach. By the way, visits are only possible when everyone is working, so it is practically impossible. In short, be careful where you "put" your seniors. At the moment, I only see business here.

Beautiful environment, hobby groups for seniors .., care, as everywhere, according to the possibilities and willingness of the staff. It is a demanding and dedicated work and only heartthrobs have to do it. Unfortunately, there are very few of them ...
