Verlangt 60 Euro Kaution und erfindet einen Grund um es nicht zurück zu bezahlen.
Und die Nachbarschaft ist auch nicht besonders civilisiert... Nur betrunkene Bauarbeiter...
Nachts ist es laut im Gebäude... Der Parkplatz im Innenhof ist nur mit milimeterarbeit zu erreichen...
Scam!!!

Есть своя кухня со всей необходимой посудой. Прекрасное белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Прекрасный персонал , который обо всем расскажет. Бесплатный Wi-Fi и бесплатная частная парковка. Рекомендую.
Nice and clean apartments, excellent accessibility to the center on foot 20 - 30 minutes, an excellent walk or by tram 9 to the very center of Václavské náměstí 10 minutes away. There is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Lovely crisp white linens and towels. Lovely staff who will tell you everything. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Towels in the apartment still had some hair from previous guests. Parking entry is maximum 2 meters wide, so forget the parking if you have a car wider than 2 meters which is a compact car. Also the fridge was not cold enough, because temperature knob was taken to prevent the guests from choosing a lower temperature. Moreover in the advertisement, it is written that apartments are with 1 bedroom but that's not true and there is no bedroom.
