★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštěvuji atelier už nějaký ten pátek a jóga se stala díky naprosto úžasným lektorům moji velkou láskou. Každá hodina mi dává něco nového, posouvá mé hranice, moji sílu a vytrvalost na vyšší level. Člověk si zde odpočine, zrelaxuje, vystřelí mu to endorfiny až na měsíc a v neposlední řadě jsem tu nechala několik litrů potu i poporodních kil?.
I have been visiting the studio for some time now and yoga has become my great love thanks to absolutely amazing teachers. Every hour gives me something new, it pushes my limits, my strength and endurance to a higher level. One restes here, relaxes, shoots up endorphins for up to a month, and last but not least, I left a few liters of sweat and postpartum pounds.
