Zpočátku jenom sliboval, potom už nereagoval, nebral telefon a ve finále byl telefon hluchý. Nepodařilo se nám ho kontaktovat ani přes zaměstnankyni v prodejně. Ta nám pouze sdělila, že se ozve majitel, ale opět jsme se těšili marně. Ve finále jsme ztratili 6 týdnů času a museli si sehnat jiného zhotovitele podlah, což znamenalo další zdržení všech navazujících prací o 2 měsíce. Definitely not recommended. Although the owner quickly came to focus on the order, promised to process the price calculation and samples, but that was the end of it. At first he just promised, then he didn't respond, he didn't pick up the phone and in the end the phone was deaf. We could not contact him even through an employee in the store. She only told us that the owner would contact us, but again we were looking forward in vain. In the final, we lost 6 weeks of time and had to get another floor contractor, which meant another delay of all subsequent work by 2 months.
L	Lukas Langer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan Svoboda nam delal podlahy a dvere pri rekonstrukci bytu. Domluva s nim byla katastrofalni. Nebral telefony, chodil pozde (cekali jsme na nej i pres 3 hodiny). Nakonec podlahy a dvere udelal. Po cca 4 letech jsme zacli stavet dum a ja pana Svobodu oslovil znovu. Doufal jsem, ze uz se treba polepsi a komunikace bude ok. Zvlast, kdyz by tentokrat byla zakazka pomerne velka (cca za 1 mil Kc). A vysledek? Po 5 mesicich nemam ani cenovou nabidku. A to jsem se pripominal, telefonoval,...a pan Svoboda mi vzdy rikal - jasne dodam, mam to v mailu, ano, ano... No a ve finale nic. Ztrata casu a nervu. Mr. Svoboda made the floors and doors for us during the reconstruction of the apartment. The deal with him was disastrous. He didn't pick up the phones, he was late (we waited for her for over 3 hours). Eventually he made the floors and doors. After about 4 years, we started building a house and I addressed Mr. Svoboda again. I was hoping that better improvement would be needed and communication would be ok. Especially if the order was relatively large this time (about 1 million CZK). And the result? I don't even have a quote after 5 months. And that's what I reminded me of, on the phone, ... and Mr. Svoboda always told me - I'll add it clearly, I have it in the mail, yes, yes ... Well, nothing in the final. Loss of time and nerves.
