★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant, modern, lots of facilities like sports grounds, swimming pools, equipment rental, bike rental (bikes could be better / better serviced), saunas, massages, conference room. Great food too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel surrounded by forests and lakes. Very complete facilities for sports, barbecues... also indoor activities in the hotel with bowling. Quite place for family holidays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good: Staff is nice and helpful, hotel is next to a pretty pond and they have quite a lot of stuff to do at the hotel (bowling, pool, spa). Bad: Hotel is very hot, food is not very good for the most part, our room had a weird on and off peeping sound for the whole visit (nothing was done for it) which made sleeping hard and the hotel says dogs are OK but then they are not allowed in the restaurant (which a bit defeats the purpose).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amenities: 5 stars. Staff: 2 stars. Nicely remodeled, new and clean, great amenities (pool, sauna, bowling), but whenever we had problems (e.g. the hotel ran out of clean towels and keys to the pool lockers), the staff were smiling and friendly but absolutely passive to fix the situation. Nobody was cleaning the pool (wet towels everywhere) or bowling areas (empty bottles and glasses everywhere), so we had to deal with the messes we encountered. If they were short-staffed, they could at least tell us that and we would understand the problem, but they conveyed no reasons for anything being the way it was or plans to make things better.
