C	Chris Reed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room fine, location good, breakfast service pathetic, bar waste of space, what looks to be a fully stocked bar in fact offers a very small selection of miniatures. Tea and coffee making facilities are a rip off, you have to pay for a poorly stocked tray by the day and even if you haven't used what you have paid for they still take it away the next day
L	Lev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean rooms, stable free wifi, air conditioning, good breakfasts. Beware: alcohol that you will see in refrigerator is NOT a welcome gift, it's a "minibar" with very high prices. It's a nice place to stay, but may be pricey if you are not using tour agencies.
K	Kevin Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in took too long. There were 2 couples in front of me and it took over 40 minutes to get them checked in. The check in process needs to be updated. The elevator was in between the floors so you either had to go up or down a flight of stairs to get to the floor for the room. The room was big and so was the bathroom. They need to purchase new towels for the bathrooms. Free breakfast was good. this place is only a block from the subway and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel.

Easy to walk into town (takes about 20 mins), or there is a tram stop right outside the hotel, or the metro about 5 mins walk away. Plenty of restaurants on the surrounding streets too. For the price it is perfect, especially if you want to spend most of the day out and about exploring rather than staying indoors. Slightly noisy at night because of the tram, but if the windows are closed you can barely hear it.

I used the glasses in the room and a cup and they were left on the side for the 4 nights stay. The breakfast consists of dairy and pork. Great if you eat cheese and processed sausages otherwise you'll go without breakfast. I was left hungry every morning due to lack of variety
