Outside, they have a street workout area and a barbecue ? they also have dumbbells up to 100 kg

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent facility for strength training. If I lived in Prague 9, this would be my regular spot, or even worth the commute if I was based near the centre of the capital. A good array of equipment throughout and relieving to see there is a dedicated powerlifting training section. The gym is just a short walk to the nearest tram, but a longer journey to, say, Prague 1 by car. Recommended.
