★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6.1.2020 jsem jim poslal mail s prosbou o změnu doručovací adresy. Od té doby jsem 4x urgoval a nic. Mám s ecentre dlouhodobě podepsanou plnou moc na zajišťování dodavatele energií pro dvě odběrná místa. Nový dodavatel (E.ON) poslal smlouvu jen na jedno, na druhé nic a smlouva končí v dubnu. To jsem jim mailem psal 17.3. - zatím a zřejmě navždy bez reakce. Současně mě zarazilo, že ve smlouvě s E.ON je automatická prolongace po dvou letech vždy o rok a to s nevýhodným ceníkem - absolutně proti smyslu aukcí. Po tomto dvouletém období odcházím jinam.

I have a long-term power of attorney signed with ecentre to provide an energy supplier for two consumption points. The new supplier (E.ON) sent the contract only for one, nothing for the other and the contract ends in April. I wrote to them by e-mail on March 17th. - so far and probably forever no reaction. At the same time, I was struck by the fact that in the contract with E.ON there is an automatic extension after two years, always by one year, with an unfavorable price list - absolutely against the meaning of auctions. After this two-year period, I am going elsewhere.

licence a dodavatel činnost ukončil. Přes veškeré urgence a stížnosti jsem dodnes nedostala žádné vyúčtování. ERÚ problémy zákazníků aukčních portálů neřeší, takže vám nakonec zbydou jen oči pro pláč.
