Ale co se týče mladého chlapce děs a hrůza. Vždy jak ho tam vidím raději se otočím a přijdu až je na prodejně Slečna. Neumí poradit, nevyzná se, neví!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, odpovídám na reakci majitele. Kolegyňka cigaretu neuměla ani zapnout, stejně tak jako neuměla vypsat reklamaci, použit kopírku a chovala se arogatně. Ano vyzkoušela si pouze formou zapnutí vypnutí. Po prvním použití zjištěna špatná funkčnost… ze zákona má kupujíci i právo vrátit zboží do 14 dní pokud není upraveno provozovatlem formou např. Reklamačního řádu (váš případ) ale lidský přístup chybí… a ten personál Vážně???
