Nákup tady je veelká chyba, raději nakupovat jinde.
EDIT:
Reklamaci matrace mi nakonec uznali a peníze za nákup zde mi byly vráceny.
 Even one star is too much.
Buying here is a big mistake, you better shop elsewhere.
EDIT:
The mattress complaint was finally accepted and the money for the purchase here was returned to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera objednáno, dneska dodáno! Kurýr zavolal, že je na cestě, přijel, pomohl s matrací až do výtahu, já podepsala převzetí, zaplatila a bylo hotovo. Opravdu hodně rychlé a moc milý personál, kvalita matrace je super. Jsem moc spokojená, společnost určitě doporučuji !!!
Ordered yesterday, delivered today! The courier called to be on his way, arrived, helped with the mattress up to the elevator, I signed the pickup, paid and it was done. Really very fast and very nice staff, the quality of the mattress is great. I am very satisfied, I definitely recommend the company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší prodejce matrací. Koupili jsme s přítelem matraci, 20cm vysoká - nedalo se na ní spát a po týdnu jsme ji jely vyměnit. Ta druhá po 10 dnech proleželá,matrace samý důlek. Tak jsme ji opět odvezli a nechali si vrátit peníze. Při první reklamaci neskutečně nepříjemná paní.
Už nikdy víc. NEDOPORUČUJI !!
The worst seller of mattresses. My friend and I bought a mattress, 20 cm high - it was impossible to sleep on it and after a week we went to change it. The second one sits down after 10 days, the mattress itself a hole. So we took her away again and had her money returned. An incredibly unpleasant lady at the first complaint.
Never more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo v areálu skladů a o víkendu dostupné skrze schovaný vjezd dále za rohem. Prodejna je v budově u hlavní v 2. patře a sklad v jiné budově. Matrace prodávají pouze rozložené a tak je jejich převoz v osobním autě hůře realizovatelný. Mohou vám ji přehnout a přilepit.
A place in the warehouse area and accessible on weekends through a hidden entrance around the corner. The store is in the main building on the 2nd floor and a warehouse in another building. The mattresses are sold only unfolded, so their transport in a car is less feasible. They can fold and stick it on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ můžu jen doporučit. dodání v termínu na mou prosbu a i hodinu. paní na zakaznickým centru zařídila vše jak jsem zažádala. Rychlé dodání a příjemný kurýr pomohl i vynést ochotně do patra. Matrace skvělá.
I can only recommend. delivery on time at my request and an hour. the lady at the customer center arranged everything as I requested. Fast delivery and a friendly courier helped to bring to the floor willingly. The mattress is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially my experience was fine. The problem started on arrival which was after quiet hours in my building which is very strict. I am alone, with one broken hand and I am small. The driver refused to spend an extra two minutes to help me carry the huge mattress up to the 4th floor. I spent one hour trying trying to get it up with one hand. Finally someone came down from their apartment to help me. That was extremely unkind and horrendous service, regardless of their rules they may claim to have (which are not written online), it is the reason I am giving 1 star.
