★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velkoobchod s IT materiálem, obsluha (tedy jen někteří ) mi někdy připadá jako pod práškama. Všechno tady trvá nepřiměřeně dlouho a ty jejich webovky - krásně růžovoučké, to už nebudu raději komentovat. Ceny jsou tady někdy vyšší než v obyčejném obchodě. Musím ale přiznat, že mívají i akce, kdy se tady nakupovat vyplatí. Parkoviště přímo před obchodem jen pro pár aut, chybí místo pro invalidy, ale co by tu vlastně dělali, když o bezbariovém přístupu nemůže být ani řeč. Za mne dvě hvězdy je až dost.
 Wholesale of IT material, the service (only some) sometimes feels like under the powder. Everything here takes an unreasonably long time and their webpages - beautiful pink, I will no longer comment. Prices are sometimes higher than in ordinary shops. But I have to admit that they also have events where shopping pays off. Parking right in front of the store just for a few cars, missing a place for the disabled, but what they would actually do here, when there can be no talk of barrier-free access. Two stars is enough for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriozní firma. Alza do této fimy poslal na reklamaci moji GK, ta se vrátila bez původního obalu, a bez jakéhokoliv vyjádření co se s kartou dělalo. Takže jsem byl bez pc tři týdny zbytečně a minimálně další tři budu, protože jsem kartu hned reklamoval znovu. Jk může tahle fima úspěšně fungovat?
An unserious company. Alza sent my GK to this company for a complaint, which returned without the original packaging, and without any statement as to what was being done with the card. So I was without a pc for three weeks and I will be at least another three, because I immediately claimed the card again. How can this fima work successfully?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikdy žádný problém, lidi co píšou ohledně neuznaných reklamaci nebo že se jim něco nevrátilo co dodali, třeba zkontrolovat reklamaci vždy a všude, Alza mi jednou taky dodala zboží bez příslušenství, holt pracují zde lidé a ne bohové ;) jednání rychle, občas čekání ale tak pracují a neflákají se, takže toho občas asi mají trošku více, přeci jen to je přední IT distributor
Never a problem, people who write about unrecognized complaints or that something didn't come back to them, need to check the complaint always and everywhere, Alza once also delivered me goods without accessories, holt people work here and not the gods;) acting fast, sometimes waiting but so they work and don't hang out, so sometimes they probably have a little more, after all it's a leading IT distributor
